It also helps alleviate congestion at the load-in doors and helps you get to your booth easier. CLICK HERE to find your Set-Up Time POP UP TENTS / CANOPIES are NOT ALLOWED inside the Civic Center This is by ruling of the Fire Marshal Duct Tape is PROHIBITED on the Floors! Please use either double-sided carpet tape, GAFF tape, or AV Cord Tape. If you have a question about whether or not your tape is approved – ask us – BEFORE you use it! We will have approved tape for sale at the Show Registration office, if you get to the show and don’t have the correct tape. Loading Dock Entry Everyone must enter through the loading dock area off Castell Ave for set-up. The glass entry doors will be locked. Tables & Chairs Tables & Chairs will be available at the show to use in your booth if you need them. NOTE: Please bring your own professional table covering. Carpet is NOT available to rent. Electricity NOTE: If you ordered electric for your booth – please be sure to bring an extension cord and power strip. The building places electric drops sporadically. Sponsors and Media Partners:
